In quality management the functional submission of the term "quality" expressing a tendency to determine quality through quantitative indices firmly took roots. In the solution of tasks of product quality control always use results of measurements of key characteristics of quality of production processes. Based on results of measurements make reasoned management decisions on feasibility of implementation of the corrective actions directed to improvement of quality of products. Without measurements observance not only the principle of the fixed improvement declared by standards of the ISO 9000 series, but also consumer requirements is impossible.

 The external and internal managerial relations of the entity with other subjects developing in the course of implementation and assessment of an intra-corporate quality management system as bases of increase in its competitiveness act as an object of research.

 In article options of implementation of the process approach in created according to the ISO 9001 standard are considered.
